Zhixike Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (“XICO AI”, “we”) respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on xicoai.com and mac.xicoai.com, how we use it, and the rights you have.
Information we collect
When you contact us through a form, a partnership enquiry or a job application, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email, company, message, and the résumé file you upload when applying. We also collect basic technical logs (time of visit, pages, device type) to keep the site secure and stable.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiries, process collaboration or job applications, and operate and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated purposes.
First-party site analytics
To understand how our company and product sites are used, we record the site, page path, visit time, country or region, referring domain, visit count, and page views. The server applies HMAC with a private salt to the IP address and stores only the resulting irreversible anonymous visitor identifier; the raw IP is neither stored nor shown. This identifier is used only to deduplicate the same IP and count repeat visits. Detailed analytics are normally retained for no more than 370 days.
Storage & security
Information is stored on servers under our control and protected with reasonable technical and organizational measures. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Local storage & visit sessions
We use only necessary local storage to remember your theme and language. The server groups visits by anonymous visitor identifier and a 30-minute activity window; no analytics cookie is set. We do not run cross-site advertising or sell browsing data, and we honor browser Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
